We accept cancellations with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of scheduled delivery incur a fee. Please review our terms and conditions for details.
Extensions are available if you inform us within 24 hours before your scheduled collection. Our extension rates are:
- 2m³ & 3m³ bins: $10 daily or $60 weekly
- 4m³ & 6m³ bins: $20 daily or $120 weekly
- 8m³ & 10m³ bins: $40 daily or $240 weekly
Ensuring clear access for delivery and collection is essential. Additional fees apply if:
- Our driver cannot access the skip bin upon pick up
- The bin exceeds its weight capacity
- A return trip is required
Whilst our drivers take every precaution when delivering and collecting the skip bins, Canberra Skips does not accept responsibility for any damage as a result of loading and unloading the skip bin. Please see our full terms and conditions for more information.
Clear access to your chosen delivery location is required. If restricted access prevents delivery, a redelivery fee applies once access is available.
Our experienced drivers will accommodate your preferred location where possible. Final placement depends on safety and accessibility requirements.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made with our team.
We include delivery costs in our pricing for all ACT and Queanbeyan region services.
Each cubic metre allows 150kg within the standard price. Additional weight incurs a fee of $20 per 100kg over the limit.
